Sr. Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial Analyst

We currently have an opening in Leawood, KS, for a Sr. Financial Analyst reporting to the Finance Director.  The position is responsible for financial analysis, business cases, reporting, ad hoc analysis and some month end accounting.  Focus areas will be expenses and capex. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review, analyze and report compensation plans for sales organization and brokers.
  • Provide monthly forecasts and variance analysis of expenses.
  • Prepare financial analysis and business cases in support of key strategy decision, i.e., insourcing vs. outsourcing of warehousing function.  Assist with Platform migrations e.g. insourcing vs. outsourcing of warehousing function; platform migrations; regionalization of certain functions.
  • Drive expense reduction/optimization projects.
  • Enhance monthly reporting and forecasting processes through process and system improvement.

REQUIRED AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years’ relevant finance and/or accounting experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skill. 
  • Strong communication skills including excellent verbal, written, presentation and inter-personal skills.
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to execute on time and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Staff Accountant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide monthly variance analysis.
  • Reconcile balance sheets.
  • Review daily cash position and provide forecast.
  • Track and maintain fixed asset ledger.
  • Perform analysis of expenses and coding of expenses.
  • Prepare schedules for corporate and external auditors.
  • Cross train on other accounting duties and provide backup to all team functions.
  • Support special projects as assigned.

We currently have an opening in Leawood, KS, in our epay division for a Regional Sales Manager reporting to the VP of Sales and Business Development.  This is a full-time position.  The position will develop and acquire additional distribution locations for epay prepaid products as well as sell Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and acquire additional distribution locations for epay prepaid products.  Distribution will include convenience stores, big box retail chains, and grocery store chains.
  • Sell Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) into retail locations including hotels, airlines, restaurants, ski resorts, casinos, on-line retailers and more.
  • Provide product and service feedback as directed.

REQUIRED AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years’ relevant sales experience in the prepaid or financial services market.

National Account Manager

National Account Manager

We currently have an opening in Leawood, KS, in our epay division for a National Account Manager (NAM) reporting to the Sr. Manager of Distribution.  This is a full-time position.  The position is responsible for customer relationships and driving revenue growth.  The position will represent the Company in day-to-day customer contacts and will be responsible for growing Prepaid product sales and enhancing long-term relationships to meet company goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own assigned accounts like a business: work with Sales at the close of the deal; manage the launch and integration process; have a thorough working knowledge of the contractual agreement and terms; develop and execute growth strategies; track and monitor performance, drive analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity; foster relationships to avoid attrition.
  • Travel to visit customers as often as needed.
  • Provide and direct regular meetings with customers to enhance relationships.  Map tactics to address the overall strategy and direction of the relationship.
  • Identify and report on competitive trends.
  • Manage and achieve revenue projections and report to management.  Analyze sales trends and educate the customer.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 or more years’ progressive experience post college.

We currently have an opening in Leawood, KS, or virtual, in our epay division for a National Account Manager – Indirect (NAM) reporting to the Vice President Distributor Services.  This is a full-time position that will support the Distributor/ISO Channel.  The position is responsible for customer contacts and will be responsible for growing prepaid product sales and enhancing long-term relationships to meet company goals with very high-profile accounts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
